Kidner’s transactional experience includes energy-related investments involving corporate assets and oil and gas deals. She has also led the negotiation and management of oil and gas leases, solar leases, pipeline easements, surface use agreements and related land use contracts. Kidner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hiram University, is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Energy and Natural Resources Law.
