Sugg brings extensive experience in real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing across office, multi-family, retail, hotel, medical, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. He advises clients ranging from publicly traded companies with international holdings to individual investors and entrepreneurs.

Sugg’s recent matters include:

  • Negotiating a $58 million operating loan secured by multiple properties
  • Assisting in the acquisition, financing, and disposition of 12 skilled nursing facilities
  • Overseeing the sale of 27 convenience stores across Texas
  • Represented clients in the purchase and sale of numerous multi-family properties
  • Assist national retail client with the purchase of land
  • Represented a developer in the creation of a development agreement with a municipality to develop a convention center, along with numerous hotels and restaurants
  • Advising a public housing authority on multi-family developments
